Robert Camp is an entrepreneur who happens to be a lawyer running a South West law firm. Since his tenures managing partner in 2011, Stephens Scown has grown to be one of the largest in the region, with over 300 staff and some of the best legal talent.
Being a visionary, entrepreneurial leader faced with a very traditional organisation has been challenging but Robert’s infectious enthusiasm and clear vision has ensured that change has happened over a short space of time. Robert has introduced a number of key initiatives which has changed the culture, communication and brand of the firm.
